Skill Stations (30
minutes each)
Location is at the Poplar Springs boat ramp since we will
have easy egress from land, isolated on water and assessable by boat. We will
not have exclusive access to this area and will be sharing the parking lot and
boat ramp with the recreational public.
All attendees will be divided into 4 groups and will be able
to rotate through the 4 skills stations. These stations should be designed to
be no more than 30 minutes and should have a health mix of information and
hands on exercises.
